Binal worked as a Registered Nurse at Westmead Hospital for more than 15 years. She has experience working in developmental disability services including Dysphagia Clinic, Physical Disability Clinic, Spasticity Clinic, Rett Clinic, Down Syndrome Clinic, Baclofen Clinic, Complex Epilepsy Clinic, Spina Bifida, Orthotic Clinic and Brain Injury Rehabilitation departments. Binal also worked as a clinical facilitator at Ryde Hospital, Royal Rehab Hospital, Westmead Hospital, Blacktown Hospital and Norwest Private Hospital. At the beginning of her career, she worked as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) in hospitals across Sydney.

Jay completed a Master's degree in Information Systems in 2006. Prior to joining Right at Home, Jay worked in Government administration since 2014. At the beginning of his career, Jay worked across different industries in various sectors. Jay believes that caring for others is incredibly rewarding and it gives him an opportunity to positively transform someone’s life. Jay is looking forward to helping people who need care in their own home.
