HR Manager - Barbara Zibellini


Barbara has been working as a HR Manager at Right at Home for three years. Barbara thrives on interacting with diverse individuals and backgrounds. She finds fulfillment in helping people by listening and seeing positive results from her initiatives. Outside of work, Barbara enjoys coastal walks, dinner parties with friends, game nights and exploring happy hours around the beaches.

General Manager - Shelly Tatham


Shelly has dedicated over 15 years to the healthcare industry. Beginning her career as a dedicated Care Worker, Shelly’s passion, leadership and unwavering commitment to quality care have seen her rise through the ranks to become our General Manager. She is passionate about making a real difference in people's lives and enjoys the impact her role brings. Outside of work, Shelly enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her family, and soaking up the sun at the beach.

Care Coordinator - Kayleigh-Jane Ryder


Kayleigh-Jane (KJ) works as a Care Coordinator, bringing a positive and supportive energy to her team. She appreciates the camaraderie with her colleagues, who always manage to keep each other laughing, even on the toughest days. She is passionate about forming meaningful relationships with clients and truly understanding the needs of each individual.

Clinical Team Leader - Mercy Bett


Mercy has been with Right at Home for over four years, starting as a Personal Care Worker before becoming a Care Coordinator and now serving as Clinical Team Leader. With a Diploma in Community Services and a strong understanding of both NDIS and HCP, Mercy is highly skilled in general and wound care. She is passionate about delivering compassionate, holistic care that supports clients’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing while valuing their individual life stories.

Enrolled Nurse - Emily Breeds


Emily has over 10 years of experience in the care and disability sector, specialising in Quadriplegic and Motor Neurone Disease care. After qualifying as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse through TAFE and completing the New Graduate program at Northern Beaches Hospital, she gained valuable experience across urology, gastroenterology and cardiac wards. Now an EN for over a year, she is planning to study further to become a Registered Nurse with a focus on palliative care.

Registered Nurse - Michelle Shortall


Michelle is a Registered Nurse with over 14 years of experience in community nursing, with a strong focus on wound care and palliative care. She brings specialised skills in wound debridement, health assessments and managing clients with deteriorating conditions. Michelle values collaboration with GPs, allied health professionals and support services to ensure each client’s needs are fully met.

Recruitment and Training Officer - Stuart Fitzgerald


Stuart is the Recruitment and Training officer at Right at Home. He enjoys the recruitment aspect of his role, where he gets to interact with people, ensuring that the right care workers are matched with the right clients. He also provides valuable insights about the care workers to the care coordinators for new clients.

Administrator - Shirley Dentice


Shirley has worked as an Administrator at Right at Home for over a year, and loves being part of a fabulous team focused on meeting clients' needs with a smile. Outside of work, Shirley enjoys reading, spending time with her family, exploring bugs with her grandson during bush walks and going for long drives.

Care Coordinator - Diana Hage


Diana has been a Care Coordinator at Right at Home for over a year. She finds joy in helping and advocating for clients and NDIS Participants to live their best lives. She is dedicated to maintaining clients' independence and supporting their right to choice and control. Outside of work, Diana loves watching musicals, cooking, traveling to far-flung destinations, reading fantasy and science fiction novels.

Care Coordinator - Karyn Riches


Karyn plays a key role in supporting our clients to live safely and comfortably at home for as long as possible. With a passion for building strong relationships, she works closely with clients and their families to ensure their care plans are tailored, responsive and always centred around their individual needs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and cherishes weekends with her grandchildren.
