Wayne has 12 years of experience running a procurement consultancy business assisting large companies, not-for-profit and government agencies, to drive efficiencies and save money across their range of goods and services. Before starting his business, he held several senior management positions leading procurement teams in large organisations including several universities.

After several months of research and a discovery day visit to the franchisor in Brisbane, Right at Home was selected based upon overall professionalism, depth of due diligence assistance, quality systems, level of documentation, training, range of services, Head Office support and the high emphasis on delivering quality services to ensure satisfied customers.

For exercise and comradery, Wayne plays six-a-side football (summer), 11-a-side football (winter) and golf. His passion is algorithm trading, but he also loves spending time with his wife (Leanne), son (Josh) & daughter (Jess) as well as a little travel.

Leanne has been a teacher, headteacher and acting deputy principal at a low socioeconomic high school for over 20 years. Previously, she was a registered nurse for more than 12 years working at several hospitals across Sydney. Leanne is looking forward to returning to her former occupation as a registered nurse as she is passionate about helping others. In her spare time, she loves keeping fit at the gym, overseas travel and spending time with her family.
